  • 50g fig sauce
  • 40g prickly pears
  • 40g figs
  • 40g sliced smoked duck breast
  • 20g Brousse cheese
  • 10g red onions
  • 10g pink grapes
  • Lamb's lettuce leaves

  • Peel and cut the prickly pears into slices and the figs into quarters.
  • Slice the red onion and grapes into rings.
  • Crumble the Brousse cheese.
  • Cut the Cereals and Seeds Half-Baguette in 2/3.
  • Fill the sandwich, starting with the sauce, the lamb's lettuce leaves, the smoked duck breast and the rest of the ingredients, adding crumbs of Brousse cheese all along.
